We put working AI agents into things that move.
aaero ai is a Castle Rock, Colorado studio. We program quadruped and humanoid robots for hospitality, offices, retail, events, and industrial sites. We also build the AI integrations that run the rest of the stack while we are in the building.
The opinions that shape what we ship.
-
Robots that work beat robots that dance.
The internet has enough quadruped backflip videos. The market needs robots that actually do a job in a real venue and earn their keep. Everything we ship is measured against that bar.
-
Hardware is a means. The agent is the product.
The Unitree G1 is a fine robot. So is Spot. So is Figure 02. The thing that makes any of them worth a customer's $400k is the agent layer, the safety envelope, and the operations behind them. That is what we build.
-
If we cannot see it in production, we did not deploy it.
Telemetry, eval sets, and a real on-call rotation are not optional. Every system we ship comes with a dashboard and a pager.
-
Rent before you install.
Robots in lobbies are not a Slack subscription. We push every prospective install customer through a rental first. Five days of real foot traffic teaches both of us more than a six-week proposal cycle.
Why Castle Rock, Colorado.
Most AI consultancies set up in San Francisco or New York and bill accordingly. We set up at the foot of the Front Range because the engineering talent here is real, the cost base is sane, and the customers we want (hospitality groups, dealer principals, event production companies) are within a half-day flight of any major US market.
We also wanted a place where a Unitree Go2 could go for a walk outside without becoming the second-most-interesting thing on the block.
Built by people who have shipped this stuff before.

FOUNDER · ENGINEERING
Twenty years building software, integration platforms, and the occasional thing that walks. Spent the last several years inside marketing, programmatic, and AI. Now writing Python against a Unitree SDK at 2am because the dog will not stop bumping into a doorframe.

HIRING · 2026
We are hiring engineers, an operations lead for the rental fleet, and an account director with hospitality or auto retail in their background. If that sounds like you, write us.
